Consultation to Doctors and Therapists
Are you feeling stuck in your efforts to help people who struggle with anxiety?
You’ve come to the right place!
I have years of experience consulting to doctors and therapists in private practice, as well as supervising and teaching psychiatry residents at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I served as co-director of the Anxiety Consultation Clinic for three years.
Just as in my clinical work, I delight in tailoring professional consultation to each individual. You may be looking to learn more about a particular presentation of anxiety or particular approaches to treatment; or you may feel stuck in your work with a particular individual and want some help figuring out where you’re stuck and options for moving forward. You may discover in our work together that feelings or beliefs of your own are interfering with your efforts to help others, and that you’d like some support from me in working with those feelings or beliefs. All these options are available to you–and more.
Please note, however, that I do not offer clinical supervision–only consultation. Therefore, our work together will not constitute a supervisory relationship.
